Recette du thé vert glacial un petit zeste de menthe arôme naturel.
- Première chose, mieux vaut faire infuser le thé dans une eau à température ambiante. De cette manière votre thé gardera tous ces bienfaits, ses vitamines et minéraux !
- Pour le dosage du thé, c’est approximativement 4 à 6 cuillères à café de thé soit 20 gr pour 2 l d’eau (à température ambiante) ou 2 à 3 sachets de thé ou infusion.
- Mélangez bien le thé avec l’eau et laissez infuser minimum une 35 minutes. Goûtez de temps en temps pour vérifier la force de votre thé.
- Une fois que l’infusion vous parait satisfaisante environ 35 minutes : filtrez, ajoutez du sucre / miel / sirop d’agave ou d’érable si vous le souhaitez et selon vos goûts. Enfin, placez votre thé au frais.
- Au moment de déguster vous pouvez ajouter de la glace pilée pour que ce breuvage soit des plus désaltérant !
- Conservez-le au frais et consommez-le dans les 24 heures (le thé vert s’oxyde rapidement)

- Première chose, mieux vaut faire infuser le thé dans une eau à température ambiante. De cette manière votre thé gardera tous ces bienfaits, ses vitamines et minéraux !
